Speed/Agility/Quickness Program
The Athletic Conditioning program is designed for athletes ages 12 and up interested in improving their performance on the court, field, ice, or track. Great for off-season fitness improvement or in-season maintenance, the program helps athletes of all levels increase their physical threshold and improve game and practice performance.
We tailor the program based on participant age/physical development, and the specific sport in question so fitness goals are appropriate to the client’s sport performance goals. We will talk with parents and coaches (if possible) to determine specific target areas for the conditioning program and develop an overall training system based on all of this information.

Athletes are guided through all phases of resistance training aimed at increasing strength, power, and balance. Clients are taught correct technique on Olympic lifts, and various other exercises that are implemented at the collegiate and professional levels.
1 x per week/ $65 per 1 hour session
2 x per week/ $55 per 1 hour session
Athletes are scientifically trained on all aspects of speed, acceleration, agility, and quickness. By utilizing the latest drills in agility, assessing technique, and regular physical testing to ensure improvement, individuals will be able to stay one step ahead of the competition!
Individual

Groups
$40 per person per 1 hour session
